“I just wanted to email you and say I really appreciate what you guys are doing. I’m a freshman in college and I’ve been struggling and there’s a card in the box that really made my day. My family hasn’t really been the greatest… so I haven’t had anyone [to] just say you got this or good job. And so the card really really made my day. What you guys are doing is really really great and you guys are making a difference.” -Young adult

In early April we sent out 335 care packages with study snacks, hygiene and school supplies, gift cards and encouraging notes and cards. Each package was shipped directly to a young adults who is defying the odds by enrolling in college or a vocational program beyond high school.
