We’re gearing up to send out 250+ Care Packages this fall to young adults who grew up in foster care and who are enrolled in a post-secondary educational program. Each care package will be filled with study snacks, hygiene and school supplies, and gift cards and shipped off to the recipient. To date Rise Above has sent out over 3,000 Care Packages to youth in foster care continuing their education or enrolled in skill building programs.

Want to help? Now through October 30th, we’ll be accepting donations of snacks, gift cards and other goodies to add to the each package. The full list of items we need is here or shop our Amazon Wish List (items will come right to us). Consider holding a drive with your friends or community group or organize a collection at your workplace.
